The year is 2018. One day, the sun set and never came back up again. All communications are down, nobody has come to help yet. People have tried leaving but either never return or come back petrified, unable to describe what they've seen, mind empty. A week after the endless night began, the ghosts started appearing. They don't seem hostile, but their eerie sounds have put everyone on edge. A few days later, the Shades arrive. Hostile, darker colored ghosts who give off an aura of doom. They sound different. They chase you and attack you on sight. They roam in the depths of the forest, but sometimes they venture out onto the streets.
